How to do a Mild Liver Cleanse

Mild Liver Cleanse
 
Mix ¼ cup of Epsom salts with 3 cups of water.  Stir until salts are dissolved. Refrigerate.
 
At 2:00 p.m. begin fasting.  At 6:00 p.m. drink ¾ cup of the chilled Epsom salts water.  At 8:00 p.m. drink another ¾ cup Epsom salts water.  This should cleanse your system fairly well.  If you prefer, you can drink ½ cup of the Epsom salts water every 2 hours starting at 4:00 p.m.  (The Epsom salts water is kind of bitter.)
 
Just before 10:00 p.m. prepare to go to bed.  Make sure you have done all your regular nightly preparations for sleep.  Then juice a fresh grapefruit to make ½ cup fresh juice.  Mix grapefruit juice and ½ cup virgin olive oil.  Shake until juice and oil mix well.  Drink the juice and oil mixture and lie down immediately on your back.  Try to remain on your back for at least 20 minutes.  Go to sleep and have a nice rest.
 
At 6:00 a.m. drink another ¾ cup of the Epsom salts water (if necessary).  Some folks don’t need to do this.  And at 8:00 a.m. drink the last ¾ cup Epsom salts water (if necessary).
 
You can begin eating again at 8:00 a.m, keep your diet light at first with fruits and cereals.  Begin eating heavier as you feel comfortable doing so.
