Coconut Nog

Coconut Nog

Makes about 5 cups of nog
2 c.    Young Thai Coconut water
2 c.    Thai coconut meat
¼ c.    honey
1 c.     almond milk
⅛ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. nutmeg (to taste)
4-6    cubes of ice

  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Adjust the flavors to your taste by adding more nutmeg, salt or sweetener.

Serve in a pretty stemmed glass with a sprinkle of nutmeg on top
