Sesame Almond Milk

Makes about 8 cups of milk
½ c.    Almonds
½ c.    Sesame Seeds (calcium, magnesium)
7 c.    Water
½ Tbsp Maple Syrup
¼ tsp  Sea Salt
1 tsp  Vanilla

  1. Blend first three (3) ingredients till smooth and creamy. 
  2. Strain through a nut milk bag (a piece of fine nylon mesh will also work)
  3. Return to blender and add maple syrup, vanilla and salt, and blend
  4.  Store in a pitcher in the refrigerator.
  5. Will remain yummy for about 4 days
