Fruity Jam

2 c.              fresh fruit of choice – strawberries, mango, pineapple, kiwi, etc.        
                             Combine various fruits for the flavor desired
2-3 Tbsp     Chia Seeds, ground, depending on the desired thickness of the jam
Blend the fruit and Chia seeds in blender until it is smooth and creamy, or leave it chunky if you desire.
Fruity Jam will keep well in a sealed glass container for 3-5 days in your refrigerator
          Most Any soft fruit will work to make a jam. Use combinations for variety. Include Pineapple and dried apricots.  Add dried fruit with fresh fruit tgether for even greater variety.
