Carrot Patties

CARROT PATTIES
1 cup carrot pulp
1 onion
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup celery juice (you can use vegetable broth or water)
2 tbs lemon juice

Chop in food processor with s blade until a paste.  Form into patties. 
(Use 1/3 cup for each patty makes 6 patties.)  Place on parchment lined cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 for an hour, flip and bake another hour. Should be crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.
